  • Please note that all prices noted here do not include the applicable HST. None of our packages include a day of coordinator, officiant, photographer, florist or any other service not expressly outlined in the description.

    Gratuity is not included in any packages, however it is completely at your discretion and we do not charge any mandatory gratuity fees or service fees on top of the prices noted below.

    The couple, vendors, children, and all other people attending the event count towards the total event attendees included in the package aside from our Ceremony packages which do not include vendors in the count if they will not be consuming food or drink.

Enjoy both your ceremony and reception onsite for the classic wedding experience.

At Cranberry Creek you can opt for a Turn-Key wedding for 25 to 150 guests where your meal and open bar are included, or you can switch to our base package where you bring in your own catering and choose from our different prepaid bar tiers. If you’re looking for a daytime event with a brunch/lunch vibe, we have options to customize your timeslot certain days of the week.

  • Our Turn-key option are for 70+ attendees and includes your meal and open bar.

  • Our Base Package option is for 70+ attendees and removes food and switches from open bar to our Base Bar package which is a mix of prepaid items and cash bar service.

  • This package includes private use of our event grounds, your ceremony chairs and reception tables and chairs, DJ with professional sound equipment, a shuttle to and from a hotel in Simcoe, and use of the venue for an engagement shoot after booking. You can choose our turn-key option including open bar a three course meal with a plated main, or our base package where you bring your own full service caterer and place settings and choose from our different cash or open bar tiers.

    Thursdays and during our Off-Peak Season (start of November to end of April) we offer turnkey packages for intimate weddings for 25 guests.

  • Our most common package includes 70 attendees and from the end of April to the start of November you can add up to 80 more attendees for a total of 150 for a fee per person.

    On Thursdays and and from the start of November to the end of April you can opt for either our 70 person package or for our intimate option that includes 25 guests, and add additional attendees up to 70 for a fee per person.

  • Our Peak Wedding Season runs from the end of April to the start of November.

    You will have access to the inside of the Barn at 12pm for setup. Your private access to all the spaces you have booked begins at 3pm with guest arrival at 4:15pm. Your half hour ceremony is at at 4:45pm followed by a one hour cocktail hour, with Dinner served at 6:30pm in the barn (see Meal Locations section if you are interested in an alternative meal location onsite). The Pavilion bar opens at 8pm for 3-4 hours (duration depends on the day of the week), with an outdoor fire and indoor dance party inside the chapel. At your booking end time your guests depart on a shuttle and all cleanup is completed ½ hr your booking end time.

    Timeline Customizations: Add our “Early Access” Package for $750 to move your private access to the Chapel, Gardens and barn from 3pm to 11am for earlier setup and photos. Once this is added you are able to customize timelines to move your start and end time earlier for no charge for a brunch or lunch format, or extend your time onsite earlier for a fee (timeline changes must be confirmed at time of booking). If your event ends before 8pm and you don’t plan on a dance party, you can opt for your post meal reception to occur in the same location as your meal.

  • While our main meal location is our Barn from the end of April to the start of November, you can opt for al fresco dining in the gardens or use our Chapel or Pavilion instead for no extra charge. If your meal is in the Barn we include complimentary setup of your tables and chairs (and place settings if your meal is booked through us), or your team will setup these items for you if a different meal location is used.

    Our barn has wood harvest table and brown resin folding chairs, and meals elsewhere use our white folding garden chairs and folding tables (using your own table cloths). or you can bring in rentals for a totally custom event onsite. On the day of the event you can choose to setup outdoors or indoors for a weather-proof plan. Connect for more details on alternative dining locations onsite as there are certain logistical notes you’ll want to discuss with us.

  • Our Off-Peak Season is from the start of November to the end of April.

    This time of year you receive free early access to have access to the entire event grounds and chapel from 11am for setup. Your guest arrival begins at 4:15pm with your half hour ceremony at 4:45pm either inside of the barn or outdoors if weather cooperates. After your ceremony there is cocktail hour in the chapel and your meal is served here at 6:30pm. Your bar reopens after your meal at 8pm for 3 hours (duration depends on the day of the week), with an outdoor fire in warmer weather and indoor dance party inside the chapel. At your booking end time your guests depart on a shuttle and all cleanup is completed within an hour after your booking end time.

    Timeline Customizations: You are able to move your timeslot earlier for a more brunch/lunch vibe at no extra cost, or if you want a longer event we can provide a custom quote based on the options selected.

  • $6,450 / $8,650 Available Thursday or any day in April & November

    This package includes 25 guests and our higher price includes open bar and a buffet meal. The lower price is without your meal and with cash bar. Add up to 45 additional guests for a price per person.

  • When booking this package offers a number of timeslots, the most common one is our 3pm-11pm timeslot described here:

    Your private access to the full event grounds begins at 3pm with guest arrival at 4:15pm, and you will have access to the barn 3 hours before this time for setup. Your ceremony is at the chapel gardens at 4:45pm followed by a one hour cocktail hour on the pavilion patio, with Dinner in the barn. The Pavilion Bar re-opens at 8pm until 11pm for your guests to enjoy the outdoor fire together with music playing inside the chapel and all guests are offsite and cleanup is completed by 11:30pm.

    Timeline Customizations: Add our “Early Access” Package if you’ve chosen the evening timeslot or our “Late Access” Package if you’ve chosen a daytime timeslot. See our evening and daytime wedding options above for more details!

    Format Customizations: If you are interested in a dinner in the gardens, chapel, or pavilion you’ll use our folding tables and chairs for your team to setup for you, or you can bring in rentals for a totally custom event onsite. On the day of the event you can setup yourself in any of the three spaces for a weather-proof plan. Connect for more details!

  • This package includes private use of our event grounds, your ceremony chairs and reception tables and chairs, Ceremony DJ, reception Sound Tech with sound equipment, open bar, a buffet meal with dessert, and use of the venue for an engagement shoot after booking.

  • Cash Bar/Dry Bar: Switch to cash bar for a $400 discount and $15 less per additional guest.

    This will adjust your package from open bar to open soft bar, wine on the tables during dinner, and a welcome drink at the start of cocktail hour for your guests and they purchase other items on card or with cash.

    Bar Upgrades: You can add items like signature cocktails, drink towers, and custom menu items the year of your wedding.

  • Outside/Custom Catering: Deduct $1800 plus $50 per additional guest.

    The Intimate Package includes a simple, turnkey menu for small groups. If you’re looking to have cocktail hour food, a more formal menu, or just make the menu more meaningful with personal touches you can remove catering and place settings from your package to either booking a custom menu directly with our catering partner Devlin’s County Bistro or with another full service cater who handles all aspects of food service including bringing place settings to and from the venue with them.

Over 50 Guests? We can make exceptions to our ceremony maximums on Mondays and non-Saturday dates from November to April.

  • When booking this package offers a number of timeslots, the most common one is our 11am to 2pm, which is used for the sample timelines below.

    Your ceremony booking includes use of the chapel & chapel gardens with setup beginning at 11am and cleanup completed before 2pm. Your guests arrive between 11:30am your ceremony start time of 12pm. If you have opted for the option without a cocktail hour, your guests will depart when your ceremony is done and you will proceed to take photos in the gardens. If you have booked a cocktail hour onsite your guests will proceed to cocktail hour in the Pavilion.

    Timeline Customizations: If you would like more setup time or cleanup time you can add that a la carte or if you’d like to add additional guest time you can do that on Mondays and any day in November and April (timeline changes must be confirmed before booking)

  • Our starting price includes your ceremony chairs and DJ for both ceremony options.

    If you have opted for a cocktail hour, your package also includes one hour of open bar for 25 guests following your ceremony. You can add up to 25 additional guests for a fee (or up to 75 additional guests on Mondays or any day in November and April).

  • For weddings with a cocktail hour onsite you can add items like signature cocktails, drink towers, and custom menu items the year of your wedding.

    Please note a cocktail hour has to be added in order to have food or drink onsite during your ceremony booking, and outside alcohol is not permitted due to our liquor license.

  • The following options are available when a cocktail hour is booked onsite.

    Charcuterie & Antipasti Table: Connect with us for pricing to add a beautiful display from Devlin’s through us for your guests to munch on during your cocktail hour.

    Outside/Custom Catering: If you’d like custom finger foods for your cocktail hour you can either book directly with Devlins or hire an outside caterer, connect with us for more information about this option! Please note that meals are not possible to be added on with this format of wedding, check out our reception packages if you are looking to feed your guests a substantial amount.

  • We are 15 minutes from Simcoe, Ontario which has a number of hotels (Little River Inn / Best Western, Travelodge, Comfort Inn). Our evening weddings include a school bus shuttle to and from a Simcoe hotel before the ceremony and at bar close for up to 40 guests, however if you’re interested in a diferent hotel such as the Elmhurst in Ingersoll, Marriott or Hyatt in Brantford (approx 40 minutes away) you can book your own guest transportation with a local limousine/party bus company and remove the included shuttle from the package.

    For on demand transportation there are a number of local taxi companies however due to our rural nature it’s not likely to be able to get quick service so we highly recommend pre-booking any additional transportation.

  • Our venue is closed from Mid- December to Mid-April. All weddings in November & December will need to plan for the chapel as their weather backup plan for their meal as the barn is not suitable for meals when the temperature is below 10 degrees since it is not climate controlled. We have overhead heaters however they do not make the building comfortable enough for your guests at very cool temperatures.
