Our event space is fully booked from May to October for weddings, however in April, November and December we have availability for private events. Events this time of year occur entirely inside of the chapel and your guests will have access to the chapel gardens and pavillion if desired and the weather cooperates!

Private event booking details can differ so much that we will always customize pricing based on your desired event details. Our venue rental pricing in April, November and December is $225 to $400 per hour with a minimum four hour rental. In order to provide you with a quote, we would need to know when you would arrive for setup, when guests would arrive and depart, and when cleanup will be completed and if it will be completely venue-only or if any services would be required. To reserve the date, a $500 date reservation fee is payable which applies to your invoice balance and your booking is fully confirmed once we receive the signed contract which will be e-mailed after paying your date reservation fee.

Cranberry Creek is a fully licensed facility that can provice bar services for your event. We offer open bar and cash bar options (or something in between if you prefer). For small, casual events with a set guest list you can bring in your own non-alcoholic options and commercially produced wine for a corkage fee per bottle. Alternatively, if you would like a bartender for your event there is a per person charge for open non-alcoholic bar ($5-$8 depending on event duration), with a bartender fee of $50 per hour. If your prepaid bar spend is over $300 on top of the open non-alcoholic bar, the bartender fee is waived.
