Gratuity is not included in any packages, however it is completely at your discretion and we do not charge any mandatory gratuity fees or service fees on top of the prices noted below.
The couple, vendors, children, and all other people attending the event count towards the total event attendees included in the package aside from our Elopement Packages and Ceremony packages which do not include vendors in the count if they will not be consuming food or drink.

Format: Ceremony at Chapel, Cocktail Hour at Chapel, Meal in Chapel, Pavilion, or Barn, Dance Party & Outdoor Fire at the Chapel.
Summary: This is our starting package for those booking their own catering and wanting to choose their bar option. This package includes your tables and chairs, a guest shuttle to a local hotel for up to 40, Ceremony DJ + Sound Tech for reception, non-alcoholic bar, bartenders, and $2000 prepaid spend alongside cash bar for your guests to purchase their own alcoholic beverages. The prepaid spend can be put towards items like table wine, bar tokens, welcome drinks etc. Please note that food cannot be added to this package, for a turnkey package take a look at our full service package option!
Perks Available: Upgrade credit of $400-$1500 for certain non-Saturday dates, plus a number of day / time of year specific perks like setup the day before. Having a fully cash bar? This is an option on Mondays, Thursdays and lowers the package price by $2000.
Sample Timelines: You have access to the inside of the barn at 12pm for setup. Your private access to all the spaces you have booked begins at 3pm with guest arrival at 4pm. Your half hour ceremony is at at 4:45pm followed by a one hour cocktail hour, with Dinner served at 6:30pm. The Chapel bar opens at 8pm for 3-4 hours, with your shuttle departing at the booking end time and all other guests departed and cleanup completed by ½ hr after your booking end time.
Timeline Customizations: Add on early access for Barn, Chapel and Grounds for $750 to move your private access to the Chapel, Gardens and barn from 3pm to 11am for earlier setup and photos.

How it Compares to the Signature Package: This package adds open bar before and after your meal with wine on the tables during your gourmet plated meal with Devlin’s Country Bistro in historic barn. Your sound tech service is upgraded to our Signature DJ package with Black Creek Music and there is a fire beside the chapel during your post-dinner reception.
Customizations: This package is designed to be turnkey and includes bundle discounts, so cannot be customized - if you’re looking to customize see our signature package to build the perfect option for your wedding!
Perks Available: Discount of $400-$1500 on certain non-Saturday dates plus a number of day / time of year specific perks like setup the day before and signature cocktails.

Below are our Daytime Wedding Timelines, please note that your timeslot can be customized on weekdays and in the winter.

Summary: This is our starting package that doesn’t include food, allowing you to choose your bar style using $2000 credit included in the package and bring your own catering from a licensed and insured full-service caterer. This package includes your tables and chairs, DJ, non-alcoholic bar, bartenders, and $2000 credit towards bar service to use towards the bar type you decide on. Please note that food cannot be added to this package, for a turnkey package take a look at our full service package option!
Perks Available: Upgrade Credit of $400-$1500 for non-Saturday dates plus a number of day / time of year specific perks like setup the day before. On Mondays & Thursdays there is an option to remove the $2000 prepaid bar spend for dry weddings or clients looking for a fully cash-bar.

Format: Ceremony & Reception with the option to add grazing style food or bring your own, outdoor fireplace with benches, and indoor dance party.
How it Compares to the Signature Package: Very similar but with less time onsite and no formal sit down meal, entire event occurs at or around the chapel. Ability to bring in a food truck for your guests beside the fire, but just like the signature package this package does not include food or alcohol.
Customizations: Upgrade to open bar, add food through us or bring your own (this package does not include food or alcohol)

Who this package is for: Couples who want an intimate wedding of under 70 and do not need a weekend date from May to October.
Availability: Mondays and Thursdays. 2027 pricing is +$5 per guest higher.
Format: Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Meal, and Dance Party at our Chapel and Chapel Pavilion (option to use barn for the meal portion of the event if over 50 total guests, all bar service is at chapel aside from table wine if included)
How it Compares to the Signature Package: Adds open bar before and after your meal with wine on the tables during your Intimate Buffet meal with Devlin’s Country Bistro in our Chapel or Chapel Pavilion. No shuttle is included due to the intimate nature of the event.
Customizations: A variety of timeslots are available for a daytime or evening wedding. If you’d like to remove catering and place settings to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer you can do so for a per person discount, or if you want to customize the menu and book directly with Devlin’s you can switch to booking directly with them.
Perks Available: This package already includes all discounts and perks for weekdays/winter.

cocktail hour weddings
Celebrate in a more casual way with your guests by hosting your ceremony onsite followed by a cocktail hour at our historic chapel.

We offer a variety of ceremony time slots, but here is an example using our most common time slot of 11am-2pm (see available timeslots for your specific date here)
Setup and Photo Arrival is 11am
Guest Arrival 11:30-12pm
Ceremony at 12pm
Cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony for one hour
Cleanup and photos completed by 2pm.
If you are booking a Monday or Thursday date (or any date in April, November and December) your timeslot is able to be adjusted and you can add additional time for $450 per hour plus any additional services.

How it compares to the simply married package: Adds an hour after your ceremony with your DJ and cocktail hour time for your guests to enjoy, along with customizable bar and food options.
Summary: This is our starting package that allows you to choose your bar style and bring your own finger foods. This package includes your ceremony and cocktail hour tables and chairs, DJ and cash bar with $250 prepaid bar credit. You can upgrade to open bar, switch to a self serve drink station for a discount, or add food and drink a la carte to create your perfect custom package, with the option to bring in your own finger foods from a licensed and insured caterer.
Perks Available: $300 discount + some perks for Monday & Thursday dates.
Add up to 50 additional guests for $13 each on Mondays & Thursdays and certain other November & December dates.

How it Compares to the Simply Married Package: Is meant for a very small guest list of 15 or under and adds a DJ and cocktail hour time after your ceremony, along with a selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks for you and your guests.
Perks Available: $100 discount + for Monday & Thursday dates or select November & December dates.
Add up to 50 additional guests for $13 each on Mondays & Thursdays and certain other November & December dates.

Who this package is for: Couples who want a very small event, typically hosting their full celebration elsewhere.

Keep it simple with our picturesque ceremony site + photos in the chapel gardens if you won’t be celebrating onsite with your guests.

50 is the maximum number for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can add up to 50 additional guests for $9 each other days and select November December dates.
Who this package is for: Couples who want to host a ceremony onsite and take photos with their own photographer and will be celebrating elsewhere.
Availability: Any day of the week that we’re open.
Format: Ceremony & Photos at Chapel and gardens.
Package Overview: This is a rental of our chapel and chapel gardens for three hours and does not include any services, simply your ceremony site with guest seating. Your time onsite includes your setup, ceremony, and photo time with guests departing after the ceremony.
Sample Timelines: We offer a variety of ceremony time slots, but here is an example using a 11am-2pm timeslot.
Arrive for setup and photos at 11am, your guests arrive between 11:30pm and 12pm and depart upon ceremony completion, and you’re done cleanup and everyone is offsite at 2pm.
Who this package is for: Couples who want a ceremony and photos onsite and will be celebrating elsewhere.

The main deciding factors on which package we recommend for you are whether you want catering through the venue, what your date requirements are (winter, summer, day of the week, etc.), whether or not you want open bar, and whether your guest numbers are above or below 70. We are 15 minutes from Simcoe, Ontario which has a number of hotels (Little River Inn / Best Western, Travelodge, Comfort Inn). Our evening weddings include a school bus shuttle to and from a Simcoe hotel before the ceremony and at bar close for up to 40 guests, however if you’re interested in a diferent hotel such as the Elmhurst in Ingersoll, Marriott or Hyatt in Brantford (approx 40 minutes away) you can book your own guest transportation with a local limousine/party bus company and remove the included shuttle from the package.
For on demand transportation there are a number of local taxi companies however due to our rural nature it’s not likely to be able to get quick service so we highly recommend pre-booking any additional transportation.

Our venue is closed from Mid- December to Mid-April. All weddings in November & December will need to plan for the chapel as their weather backup plan for their meal as the barn is not suitable for meals when the temperature is below 10 degrees since it is not climate controlled. We have overhead heaters however they do not make the building comfortable enough for your guests at very cool temperatures.
