Our live availability calendar can be found below, if you’re interested in a date that doesn’t show as available take a look at our new date Instagram account here to be notified when a new wedding season opens for booking or if a new date pops up along the way.

From May to October ceremonies occur front or inside of the chapel. Cocktail hour occurs on the pavilion patio and your meal can be hosted in our barn (up to 150) or for more intimate events that want a totally custom meal location your team can setup in the gardens, chapel, or pavilion for up to 70 guests. If your reception goes into the evening, after dinner your guests will enjoy a dance party at our chapel and pavilion patio with a fire outdoors for the remainder of the evening.
In April, November and December your ceremony occurs inside of our barn or out front of the chapel if weather cooperates! Events without a reception onsite also have the option of a ceremony inside of the chapel. Following your ceremony, the rest of your event happens inside of our chapel for up to 70 guests.

Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the pricing in our online calendar and our proposals, the proposals will be taken as the correct pricing and please note that all long weekend Sunday dates will have Saturday pricing applied when we process the booking.

Steps to Book at Cranberry Creek
Chat with us (phone or google meet) for pricing and options, and take an in person or virtual venue tour of Cranberry Creek.
Choose your date and options from the availability calendar to pay your reservation fee online.
Sign the date-specific contract that is automatically emailed to you upon confirming your booking online.
You receive a welcome e-mail once your contract is signed that 100% confirms availability and all our planning details.
Payment Schedule:
Date Reservation Fee to secure your date ($500+ for ceremonies, $1000+ for receptions, exact amount is confirmed in our booking system as it depends on which options you’ve selected)
Package Instalment due one month after booking ($1500 to $3000 depending on the package you’ve selected, confirmed at time of reservation) This confirms the main details of your event.
A 20% instalment due December before your event.
A 20% instalment due three months before your event.
A 30% instalment due six weeks before your event.
The balance of your invoice due two weeks before your event.
