Below you’ll find our live availability calendar which shows which dates we have available for the package you are interested in. Flexible on the day of the week or time of year? We offer perks for many packages for non-Saturday dates or any days in April, November and December (event locations are a bit different onsite November to April due to the cool weather)
Interested in a 2028 date? Reach out for our current packages and let’s setup a time to chat! We won’t have our 2028 packages finalized until fall 2026 however we’re happy to schedule a meeting or viewing to answer more general questions before then!

From May to October ceremonies occur front or inside of the chapel. Cocktail hour occurs on the pavillion patio and your meal can be hosted in our barn (up to 150), chapel, or pavillion (either is up to 60 this time of year). If your reception goes into the evening, after dinner your guests will enjoy a dance party at our chapel and pavillion patio with a fire outdoors for the remainder of the evening.
In April, November and December your ceremony occurs inside of our barn or outdoors if weather cooperates! Events without a reception onsite also have the option of a ceremony inside of the chapel. Following your ceremony, the rest of your event happens inside of our chapel for up to 95 guests with a plated meal or 79 guests with a buffet meal.
We are fully closed onsite from December to March.and bookings aren’t available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Steps to Book at Cranberry Creek
After you’ve met with us for a viewing to discuss packages, venue details, and received a sample contract you can complete the following steps to book your event at Cranberry Creek:
1) Choose your date from the availability calendar along with the options you’d like to confirm for your booking.
2) Review your options selected and pay the date reservation fee online.
3) Sign the date-specific contract that is automatically emailed to you upon confirming your booking online.
Once we receive your date reservation fee and signed contract you’ll receive a welcome e-mail from us to 100% confirm availability as well as all kinds of information for planning your event with us! You should normally receive this within one business day however the day we open for bookings for a new season it does sometimes take us a little bit longer to process all bookings.
