COFFEE + TEA: If you have a meal booked with us onsite, coffee and tea are available from a self-serve station for half an hour following meals during dessert. For brunch weddings, coffee is available for the duration of the reception.
WATER (obviously!): We have water available from a filtered water station at the bar and do not offer bottled water. There is a self serve water station available at all times while guests are onsite.

Please note we reserve the right to adjust or remove the options below for a new calendar year, the menu below is only applicable for the year noted above for the bar menu. All pricing is per person as an addition to our open bar pricing unless otherwise noted and is updated yearly for a new wedding season.

Custom Options

BRING YOUR OWN WINE

Bring a special wine to the venue for us to place on your tables or offer from the bar, or simply to enjoy together privately. Due to our liquor license this can only be commercially produced wine (i.e. no you-brews,sorry!). Any unopened wine can be taken home with you at the end of the evening and wine must be delivered at least 4 hours before bar open time to ensure proper temperature or be delivered pre-chilled. This option is new bookings made in 2024+ so if you booked before this date please contact us for a custom quote for your wedding package. **PLEASE NOTE this is only available for the host to do and must be booked in advance, GUESTS CANNOT BRING THEIR OWN WINE under any circumstances**

Open Bar Table Wine

If your package includes table wine, you can replace all our table wine with your own and receive a discount on our open bar package. We suggest bringing at least one bottle of red and one bottle of white per two guests since it's difficult to tell if guests will drink more red or white. Please note that we reserve the right to stop service at one bottle per three guests if guests are over consuming due to the self service nature of table wine. The wine must be screw top or no discount is applicable due to the extra labour required for corked wine.

Premium Non-Alcoholic Open Bar

Beer + Soft Bar During Meal

Table Sparkling

Add our house sparkling wine to the tables at your wedding! If you would also require sparkling glasses and don't want your guests to use their wine glasses, those can be added for 0.75 per guest in addition to the price per bottle. Please note that if you want this reserved for guests for a toast at a specific moment, you should let your emcee know to announce this when guests sit or let us know a specific time to put the sparkling wine on the tables. This option is not available for weddings over 125.

PRE-CEREMONY WELCOME DRINK

CASH BAR - ADD TABLE WINE

If you have a cash bar wedding at Cranberry Creek, you can add our house wine as table wine by the bottle while the bar is closed during your meal. We would replenish wine until your pre-paid wine ran out, and you must purchase at least one bottle of wine per table of 2-4, two for table of 4-8, and three for tables of 9-10 in order to ensure enough wine for a serving per guest. If you are purchasing the minimum amount, please provided a sign for the bar that states "A bottle of white and red is provided for your tables courtesy of the couple during your meal" which both helps guests understand that they will have free wine during the meal and also understand that we will not be replenishing the wine.

CASH BAR - ADD PREPAID DRINKS

Adding prepaid drinks to your cash bar booking with us is simple - either let us know the amount you would like to add to your invoice, or if you want to give each guest a certain amount of drinks you can pre-purchase tokens from us that someone in your group can distribute on your behalf. Tokens can be added at 7.50 each, or prepaid credit can be used as guests order drinks and we would switch to cash bar after that time. Please note tokens and prepaid bar service are non-refundable and additional prepaid credit can not be added at the event.
