RSVP Template with table layouts

***Do not use these for actual planning until the table layout is noted below as the year of your wedding, typically released in January every year****

You will receive a custom template for your wedding details approximately 8 weeks before your event to complete. If the table layout needs to be adjusted to what you were planning, reach out and we can let you know if the changes are possible and will make the template changes on our end. If you require your seating chart template to be created for you earlier than the 8 week mark just reach out and we can chat! Typically you’ll be collecting your RSVP’s with food related questions and will want to wait until most have come in to get started on your seating chart or you’ll be spending twice as much time on it.

***IF YOU ARE PLANNING A DIFFERENT LAYOUT THAN THE SAMPLE ABOVE, OR ARE USING A LAYOUT FROM A PREVIOUS YEAR please review with us immediately, there may be past table layouts that are no longer possible in the space which is why we highly recommend waiting to plan your table layout until the year of your wedding. We cannot guarantee that alternative layouts will be possible so before you get too far into planning one, please reach out!
