Below are our seating chart options to start your planning, you will receive a custom template specific to your wedding details approximately 8 weeks before your event to complete which is what you will submit for us to setup for your wedding and know your final attendee numbers.

    • Barn Reception Seating Chart 2026 for May to October (min 50 total, max 140 + head table and DJ)

      • Over 116 guests + head table and DJ? The bottom right table marked “Not Used” is pulled into the south barn area with chairs

      • Over 124 guests + head table and DJ? The bottom two tables marked “Not Used” are pulled into the south barn area with chairs

      • Over 132 guests + head table and DJ? The bottom two and top table marked “Not Used” are moved near the other guest tables for use.

    • Pavilion Seating Chart 2026 for May to October (56 + head table and DJ)

      • larger groups will use tables from inside the chapel, if you wish to have seating inside the chapel as well you will need to use some folding tables with your own linens for some or all of your guest tables.

    • Chapel Seating Chart 2026 for November to April (80 + head table and DJ, less if buffet)

      • Ceremony cannot be inside of the chapel for larger groups as tables cannot be moved during the event.

    • Chapel Seating Chart 2026 for May to October - Custom Seating Chart based on specific event, contact us asap to discuss

      • Ceremony cannot be inside of the chapel for events with meals onsite.

***IF YOU ARE PLANNING A DIFFERENT LAYOUT THAN THE SAMPLE ABOVE, OR ARE USING A LAYOUT FROM A PREVIOUS YEAR please review with us immediately, there may be past table layouts that are no longer possible in the space which is why we highly recommend waiting to plan your table layout until the year of your wedding. We cannot guarantee that alternative layouts will be possible so before you get too far into planning one, please reach out!
