Styled shoots should have no cost to us, and no one can profit from the shoot (if anyone pays to participate, proof of costs is required to approve free use of venue). If you are designing this with profit in mind, feel free to contact us to book a paid photo shoot at the link above!

Any styled shoots that are designed to showcase diversity and inclusion either through the participating vendors or models (or both!) have a much higher likelyhood of us collaborating on to offer the venue free of charge.

A styled shoot should be a positive experience for all involved, and we want to support eachother however we can! We suggest mutually following all vendors involved on social media channels. We also want a collaborative post showcasing as many vendors as possible from the shoot once photos are complete. All vendors participating must receive a gallery of images for promotional purposes free of charge as long as they post with credit to all vendors involved.

From May to October we can only offer weekday options (typically Tuesdays or Wednesdays) for styled shoots, and we always want to pre-schedule a backup day that works for all vendors or a weather-proof plan for the styled shoot itself to ensure the effort put towards planning is not in vain with a cancelled shoot.

We do not offer engagement or wedding shoots to non-cranberry creek couples, so if this is an open call for models and not professionally hired models this cannot be marketed as a free engagement or wedding shoot.

All posts online using images from the styled shoot must credit all vendors that donated their time to make it happen. If possible, a special thanks should be given to the person that was in charge of the shoot in your first post related to the images. Please also tag us as the location for all images posted online that result from the photoshoot, in addition to tags!

The venue should be returned to it’s original state on departure. We’re not expecting you to mop the floors or anything but returning furniture to where it was and cleaning up your items and waste is part of the agreement. We aren’t able to remove existing items from the chapel, and during the winter these items cannot be moved outdoors so please plan with this in mind if you aren’t using our pews etc. as part of your design - they can be moved around the space without issue but not removed from the building.
