Client Meetings & Site visits
Below you’ll find our links to schedule planning meetings and schedule a visit to the gardens! Our preferred method of contact is e-mail for questions due to the detailed nature of event planning however feel free to call the office during our office hours (Monday to Thursday 9-5) and we’re happy to chat if you prefer! Please keep in mind from April to October we have many events onsite and client meetings so if we miss your call we’ll get back to you as soon as we call and always aim to get back to you within 24 (business) hours. We look forward to meeting with you and can't wait for the big day!

While we’re organizing your wedding details, we have a few meetings along the way. Our Preliminary Meeting organizes your basic details and package choices, our Winter Checkin Meeting is optional and is a checkin to review where you’re at with planning and answer questions, and our Final Meeting organizes all your smaller details to get everything confirmed to just wait for your final numbers.

Wednesdays in the Gardens
From May to October Cranberry Creek is open to visit via RSVP Wednesdays alongside rehearsals that are happening onsite. Our pavillion bar is open and you can explore the gardens at your leisure for planning together or with your vendors. It’s a great time to visit in a casual way.

If you haven’t had an in person tour before booking, let’s schedule one in! We’ll walk you through the property and chat through venue details and logistics just like we would before booking.

Do you have a vendor that would like to check out the site in advance of your event? Click below for availability to visit the site! If your vendor requires a meeting with a venue manager please reach out via e-mail for availability, otherwise they can schedule a site visit themselves at the link below if they are just looking to check out the venue.
