The options below are available when you don’t have a meal booked through Cranberry Creek or if we are servicing your meal for you. These options are normally only available for groups of 60 or less, or if you only have a ceremony and cocktail hour with us and no reception.

Please keep in mind that the minimum total catering spend with Devlins Country Bistro is $3125 for a meal serviced by Cranberry Creek Friday to Monday from May to October and December, and on Mondays in other months.

cocktail hour options

  • Cool your guests off with some delicious frozen treats with a variety of popsicles, ice cream bars, and other delicious snacks. This option is staffed and serviced by Cranberry Creek for one hour during cocktail hour and is available from May 1st to October 31st.

    $300 for up to 50 guests + $5 per additional guest

  • A selection of gourmet Cheese and select pickled items with crackers. This option is provided by and serviced by Cranberry Creek and includes a plate and fork added to your place settings.

    $425 for 25 guests + $375 per additional 25 guests.

  • A stunning display of Fresh Artisan Rolls, Crostinis & grilled pitas. Dried & Cured Meats, Local & Imported Cheeses Housemade mustards, pickles, jellies & preserves, Marinated olives, Assorted dips & spreads. This price includes a plate and fork and is provided by Devlins and serviced by Cranberry Creek.

    $1050 for up to 50 guests +$18.50 per additional guests

  • Add a gourmet donut display from an amazing donut shop to your wedding (especially wonderful for brunch weddings!). A variety of seasonal options are displayed for your guests to choose. This option is delivered be the Donut company and is serviced by Cranberry Creek and includes a plate for your guests and a $200 booking fee is payable to confirm this option.

    $770 for up to 50 guests plus $12.50 per additional guest

meal options

All options are served buffet style and your meal prepared and setup by Devlins Country Bistro and serviced by Cranberry Creek. These menus include single course place settings at $5 per guest.

  • Please note that the maximum group size is 55. If your guest list is above this number you will need to upgrade your menu to hit Devlins minimum spend as noted in your contract, and the availability of Devlins to service your meal is subject to availability when requested and is unavailable to be added within two months of your event date. We are only able to service buffet style items, and cake cutting is not available for meals that we service.

late night options

All options are served buffet style and prepared and setup by the catering company and serviced by Cranberry Creek. Pricing includes disposable plates, forks and napkins for your guests (aside from the smores which don’t require that)
