Below you’ll find our availability calendar that notes booking fees required to secure your date and package. We are currently booking weddings until the end of 2025. If you are looking for a 2026 date we open bookings for a new wedding season the first Sunday of November, keep an eye out on social media for the opening time and if you’re looking for a Saturday date during our main wedding season we highly recommend being online to book at that time.

Flexible on the day of the week or time of year? We offer discounts to certain packages for non-Saturday dates and winter bookings. Please note that catering is not available to be booked on Statutory Holidays and there is an extra staffing charge per staff person required for events hosted on Statutory Holidays as outlined in our contract.

Want to schedule a venue viewing? Send us an email to hello@cranberrycreekgardens.com for availability. Please note that during our main wedding season from May to October we are unable to offer weekend viewings due to the private use of our venue each weekend.

Steps to Complete a Booking:

1) Choose your date from the availability calendar along with the options you’d like to confirm for your booking.

2) E-transfer your date reservation fee to hello@cranberrycreekgardens.com, making sure to include your selected date.

3) Sign the contract that is automatically emailed to you upon confirming your booking online.

3) Wait for our e-mail to 100% confirm availability as well as all kinds of information for planning your event with us! You should normally receive this within one business day however the day we open for bookings for a new season it does sometimes take us a little bit longer to process all bookings.
